RETURNS :SOUTH AFRICAN ORDERS

• You can return your item within 21 days of receiving it. After 21 days, we will no longer accept returns. We do not offer exchanges.
• You will receive a refund of the product price you paid minus the cost of return shipping. The original cost of shipping your tippy type to you is non-refundable.
• To start a return process, please email sales@tippytype.co.za and we will email you a return label via Pudo.
• Please put your order number in the subject line and we will be in touch with next steps. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for a reply. Please check your junk/spam folder if you do not receive an email back from us shortly after reaching out.
• Once we receive your item please allow 10-14 business days to issue your refund. We appreciate your patience during this time. Thank you!
• We will only be able to provide you with a full refund if your Tippy Type is still in mint condition.

We offer either locker to locker service or locker to door.

We’ll send you a tracking number as soon as we ship your item(s). We can’t wait for you to receive your Tippy Type(s)!
